Ingredients to make Dahi papdii chaat

  • 8-10 ready made or handmade maide ke poori
  • 1/2 cup soaked and boiled black channa
  • 1/2 cup boiled potato
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp green chutney (here unavailable as finished before taking a pic)
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup dahi mixed evenly
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped coriander leaves a handful
  • Green chilli (optional) 2

How to make Dahi papdii chaat

  1. Arrange pooris in a plate.
  2. Put boiled potatoes cut into small pieces, boiled channa over it.
  3. Put red chilli powder, black salt, green chutney, tamarind chutney over it. Enjoy.

My Tip:

You can add chopped tomato, cucumber too
