About Dahi papdi chaat Recipe

This is a yummy snack with with papdi, a perfect snack for special days.

Dahi papdi chaat

Ingredients to make Dahi papdi chaat

  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • oil for frying and giving moin
  • curd 1 tbsp
  • tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves a handfull
  • Green chilli 2
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • onion 1 chopped
  • White peas 1/2 cup soaked overnight
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

How to make Dahi papdi chaat

  1. For papdi prepare hard dough of all purpose flour adding salt and little oil
  2. Now prepare papdi with a roller and fry in hot oil
  3. Boil peas with turmeric powder and salt
  4. Assemble all other ingredients
  5. Now put papdis add beaten curd tamarind chutney chopped onions green chilli boiled peas.sprinkle salt and red chilli powder
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

Eat fresh to prevent sogginess
