Ingredients to make Egg Parota.

  • maida 1cup
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • eggs 2 ,boiled
  • salt
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Egg Parota.

  1. Mix maida,wheat flour,salt & oil. Knead it well for sometime. Then add enough water a make a dough.
  2. mash boiled eggs,with hands or grate it. Add chilli powder & salt.
  3. Make balls with dough . Roll it like a big poori . Put 2 tbsp egg mixture in the centre, close the edges. roll out as thin as possible.
  4. Make the rest in the similar way. Cook on tawa till done on both sides. Apply ghee on top.
  5. Serve it with red chutney. children may love with sauce.

My Tip:

If you want to make the roti spicy, you may add chat masala,garam masala & some dhania too. Some people prefer less spicy So it is your choice.
