ABOUT Sattu Paratha RECIPE

A very healthy recipe for all. Delicious in taste as well as easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sattu flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilli finely Chopped 1
  5. Kalonji 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli achaar 1
  7. Fresh coriander
  8. Onions finely chopped 4
  9. Achaar oil 3 tbsp
  10. Wheat flour 2 cup
  11. Deshi ghee


  1. First of all sieve sattu flour and add onions to it
  2. Then add all spices like green chilli,salt,red chilli powder,lemon juice,red chilli pickle,oil of red chilli pickle,fresh coriander
  3. Then bind everything together. Add as much oil needed to bind the mixture together in a fist.
  4. Now filling is ready. Make paratha dough
  5. Now take a ball, make a cavity in the centre and add filling inside. Seal.
  6. Make paratha
  7. Put some ghee and cook till done. Serve hot with butter and dahi or tomato ketchup .
