Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cooked rice 1 cup
  2. Onion chopped 2 big size
  3. Green Chilly chopped 1
  4. Garlic cloves 3 minced
  5. Chana dal 1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil 1 tbsp


  1. Heat oil in the kadhai and add mustard seeds and chana daal
  2. Add chilli,garlic and onion and fry it on high flame
  3. Add rice and salt and fry it for few minutes
  4. Turn off the flame and serve hot
