Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Methi leaves - 1 cup (washed & cut)
  2. Carrots grated - 3
  3. Oats - 1 katori
  4. Multigrain atta - abt 2 big cups
  5. Onion - 1 big finely chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilly powder - 1tspn ( adjust to taste )
  8. Turmeric powder- half tspn
  9. Oil for making parathas


  1. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil and knead into a soft dough
  2. Keep aside for half an hour
  3. Then make small balls & roll to make round parathas.
  4. Put on a tawa & cook from both sides.
  5. Drizzle oil and make the parathas
  6. Serve hot with curd, ketchup or pickle of your choice
