Ingredients to make Bread Roll

  • For stuffing -
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 onion sliced thinly
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as required
  • For rolling bread -
  • 4 bread slices
  • 1 egg
  • salt as required
  • oil

How to make Bread Roll

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes
  2. Heat a pan, add oil and fry the onions till light brown and then add potatoes and fry them well. When cooked, keep aside.
  3. Take a bread slice and cut the sides and press to get a thin slice (you may use rolling pin).
  4. Now take egg in a bowl and beat it
  5. Stuff the bread with potato mixture and dip in the beaten egg.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls..
  7. Serve with tomato sauce
