Simple, fast and tasty breakfast made in 15 mins. Get chopping, mix and toast either on a skillet or bake in an oven.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5 tbsp malai/fresh cream
  2. 5 tbsp suji/ semolina
  3. 1 Large onion finely chopped
  4. 1 large tomatos finely chopped
  5. 1/4 cup green capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1 large carrot grated
  7. Salt & pepper as per taste
  8. 6 wholewheat bread slices


  1. Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl and leave for 5 mins.
  2. Take your bread slices. Spread the filling on the top.
  3. Place on the mild hit tawa/ skillet. Once browned enough flip it and let it cook on low heat till you see bit of moisture leaving the sides.
  4. Now flip it directly on your serving plate.
  5. Or you can also bake this in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5-7 mins until crispy.
  6. Enjoy with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
