Tasty Macaroni Babycorn

Ingredients to make Tasty Macaroni Babycorn

  • Macaroni 1 bowl
  • Babycorns
  • salt
  • onion
  • tomato
  • oregano
  • jeera
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric
  • green chillies or capsicum

How to make Tasty Macaroni Babycorn

  1. Cook baby corn and macaroni in a pressure cooker in salted water for about 2-3 whistles
  2. Once you open the cooker transfer macaroni into cold water
  3. After some time drain the water and put macaroni on a paper or plate to make it dry
  4. Heat oil in a pan, then add cumin. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric. Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes ,chopped green chillies or capsicum
  5. Sprinkle salt. Mix well till onions are slightly transparent. Now add baby corns and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add macaroni. Sprinkle oregano and other spices you want.Continuously stir it because macaroni tends to stick to the pan. You can add tomato sauce to this
  7. Your dish is ready to be served. Transfer it to a serving bowl.Top it with coriander

My Tip:

You can use mixed herbs powder available in the market instead of oregano.This dish is usually served as a starter but I prefer it as a side dish for lunch.
