Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji (rava) roasted 1 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Beans 5 nos
  5. Potato 1
  6. Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil 3 tablespoon
  8. Salt as required
  9. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  10. urad dal 1 teaspoon
  11. Mint leaves 10
  12. curry leaves 10


  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Heat a pan with oil then add mustard seeds, Urad dal as it splitters add onion, Chilly and ginger.
  3. Saute till golden brown then add all vegetables saute it then curry leaves, then add 2 cups of water.
  4. Add salt as required then close the lid let it boil for 5 min. After that add sooji and mint leaves.
  5. Mix it well. Make sure no lumps while mixing. Now sooji upma is ready.
