ABOUT Amla chutney RECIPE

This chutney is very nutritious. It improves digestion and removes iron deficiency in the blood.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Amla/ gooseberry 100 grams
  2. Green coriander leaves 50 grams
  3. Salt according to taste
  4. Heeng(asafoetida) 1 to 2 pinch
  5. dry red chilli 1 (Optional)
  6. Garlic pods - 5-6
  7. Green Chillies 2


  1. Wash then cut Amlas and remove their seeds.
  2. Wash coriander and green chillies and chop them into big pieces.
  3. Make a fine paste of Amlas, green chillies, garlic,red chilli, Heeng and salt.
  4. Amla Chutney is ready..
  5. Serve with parantha,bread or samosa ..
