ABOUT Amla and Til chutney RECIPE

Amla is a very nutritious food. Sesame seeds also rich of calcium. We made this chutney with both. So this chutney is very nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Two Amla
  2. One big spoon roasted sesame seeds
  3. Ginger 1 inch piece
  4. Garlic 4 buds
  5. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. First cut the Amla and deseeded.
  2. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
  3. Serve this chutney pakora,paratha aur any kind of food.
