Amala Vadi

Ingredients to make Amala Vadi

  • amla - 250 gms
  • green chilly - 2
  • salt - One tablespoon

How to make Amala Vadi

  1. Steam Amla in cooker for 7 to 10 min. Remove from Cooker and allow to cool it.
  2. Remove seeds from Amla
  3. Crush Amla and Green Chilly in mixer. Add salt and crush and mix properly for two minutes
  4. Spread this mixture/paste in plastic or steel plate ( approx. 1/2 cm thick)
  5. Cut in square shapes with the help of rolling spoon or knife. Allow to cool.
  6. Vadi can be eaten at any time of the day and it is very healthy.

My Tip:

Reduces Acidity. Full of Vitamin "C" Increases resistance power of body Good for hair and good for skin
