Kids do not enjoy soybeans which are so rich in proteins and nutrients, so make this at home to engage the kids and make them eat.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1-cup soya vadi
  2. 2-spoon corn flour
  3. Salt
  4. chat masala 1-spoon
  5. red chili powder 1-spoon
  6. coriander powder 1-spoon
  7. turmeric powder 1/2-spoon
  8. Asafetida powder
  9. curry leaves
  10. garam masala 1/2-spoon


  1. Soak the soybean chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. Now drain the excess water, squeeze the chunks and set them aside to get dry.
  2. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, chat masala, garam masala, garlic, ginger paste and corn flour to the chunks.
  3. Now heat some oil in a pan, deep fry the soy chunks in them.
  4. Garnish with some curry leaves and serve hot.
