Ingredients to make Methi Palak Paratha

  • palak - 2 bunches
  • methi - 1 bunch
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • salt to taste
  • wheat flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion - 3

How to make Methi Palak Paratha

  1. Blanch methi and palak separately, chop and keep aside. This is blanched and chopped palak
  2. This is blanched and chopped methi
  3. Take wheat flour and add the spice powders, cumin seeds and salt to taste
  4. Now mix this properly
  5. Now add the finely chopped onion and garlic
  6. Mix well
  7. Now add the chopped methi and palak and mix well
  8. Now start binding the mixture adding water slowly and form a stiff dough
  9. Cover and keep for 15 to 20 mins
  10. Now pinch lemon sized ball and make a paratha
  11. Spread a tsp of oil on the tawa and cook on both sides
  12. Have with curd or any gravy of your choice
