Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Methi one bunch
  2. Palak one bunch
  3. Ginger piece 1/2 inch
  4. Garlic cloves 6-8
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Haldi 1/4 spn
  7. Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1/2 spn
  9. Green chilies 3-4
  10. 1/4 tspn rice flour
  11. 1 small onion
  12. 4-5 tomatoes small


  1. First cut and wash both veggies. Boil methi in hot water for 5 mins and keep aside. Now take a pan add some oil, jeera , ginger garlic, chilli paste and saute for a few seconds, add onion, saute again and add veggies- both boiled methi and raw palak. Now add tomatoes and masalas.
  2. Cook for 5 min on high flame and then lower the flame and cook for another 20-25 min. Add rice flour and cook for 2 min more. Your dish is ready.
