ABOUT Multigrain Masala Puri RECIPE

Although it is deep fried but to balance it multigrain flour has been used

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dough -
  2. Chickpea flour- 1/2 cup
  3. Ragi flour- 2 tsp
  4. Jowar flour - 2 tsp
  5. Wheat flour- 2 tsp
  6. Bajra flour- 2 tsp
  7. Salt- 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil- 1 tsp
  9. Methi leaves-1/2 tsp
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with enough water to form a dough.
  2. Make small puris.
  3. Take a kadhai. Put oil for frying. Fry all Puris in medium flame.
  4. Serve with tea.
