Multigrain Masala Puri

Ingredients to make Multigrain Masala Puri

  • For dough -
  • chickpea flour- 1/2 cup
  • Ragi flour- 2 tsp
  • Jowar flour - 2 tsp
  • Wheat flour- 2 tsp
  • Bajra flour- 2 tsp
  • salt- 1/2 tsp
  • oil- 1 tsp
  • methi leaves-1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Multigrain Masala Puri

  1. Mix all ingredients with enough water to form a dough.
  2. Make small puris.
  3. Take a kadhai. Put oil for frying. Fry all Puris in medium flame.
  4. Serve with tea.

My Tip:

Dough should not be very soft. While making dough any flour of your choice can be added.
