Fried Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Fried Paneer Tikka

  • paneer 100 gm
  • tomato 1 without seeds
  • onion 1
  • Tooth pick
  • For batter
  • gram flour 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • water
  • oil for fry
  • For Garnishing -
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp

How to make Fried Paneer Tikka

  1. Cut the paneer , tomato and onion into cube size.
  2. Place the tomato , paneer , onion in toothpick. Dip in the batter and deep fry.
  3. Before serving sprinkle chat masala and garnish coriander leaves serve it with tomato sauce.

My Tip:

You can also use a capsicum cut into cubes
