Paneer Masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Masala

  • paneer 250 gms
  • onion 5 (medium size)
  • ginger-Garlic paste 1tsp
  • tomatoes 4
  • turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • chilly powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp

How to make Paneer Masala

  1. Pressure cook 2 tomatoes and grind it to make paste .
  2. Take oil in a pan and add onion to it. Let it be golden brown .Now put ginger -garlic paste and saute. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder , garam masala and salt to it. Cook for 5 minutes then add tomato paste .
  3. Add paneer and water(as required).
  4. Serve
