Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cups bread crumbs
  2. 1cup shredded spinach
  3. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2tsp green chilly paste
  5. 1tsp garam masala
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tsp dry mango powder
  8. 10cubes cheese
  9. Oil to fry


  1. Chill the cheese cubes
  2. In a mixing bowl mix all the other ingredients.
  3. Add more bread crumbs if the mixture is too soft.
  4. Make 10 small portions of the mixture.
  5. Flatten each portion and place a piece of chilled cheese in the centre, seal the dough back to form a ball.
  6. There should b no cracks in the bread crumb mixture or else the cheese will come out.
  7. Heat oil to fry and fry the balls till golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green curd chutney.
