Penne Alla Arabiatta

Ingredients to make Penne Alla Arabiatta

  • Puree of 1 kg tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • Yellow paprika 1 tsp
  • Sweet red paprika 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • onions 2
  • garlic Cloves 3
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  • Cheese as per taste
  • red chilli 2
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Fresh basil
  • parsley 1 tsp

How to make Penne Alla Arabiatta

  1. For sauce
  2. Take a pan and add oil. Saute garlic and onion
  3. Add tomato puree
  4. Add all spices and salt. Cook for 20 minutes. Add in cornflour paste if sauce is too thin and sauce is ready
  5. Boil penne pasta till al dante
  6. Now heat sauce and pour it over pasta. Grate cheese and enjoy .
