Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Washed mung beans - 200 g (1 cup)
  2. Chana Dal - 100 g (½ cup)
  3. Salt - 3/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
  4. Green chilies - 2-3 (finely scraping)
  5. Ginger - one-inch thick piece (finely chopped)
  6. Green Coriander - a table spoon (finely chopped)
  7. Refined oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Take cleaned gram and moong dal , wash and soak for 5-6 hours in the drinking water.Please remove excess water from the lentils and grind without water.
  2. Take ground dal and salt in a bowl thoroughly mix Add green pepper, ginger and green coriander mix.
  3. Heavy fried or non-stick frying pan, add the oil and heat it.
  4. Take a little batter, shape it into a round, and put in hot oil, one by one. Put 7-8 or more mangore at a time.
  5. Similarly, prepared rest mangore.
