Ingredients to make mangoe cheesecake

  • glucose biscuit 2 packets
  • crushed and mixed with 2 spoons of butter
  • 2 cup of milk
  • half tin condensed milk
  • 1/2 spoon corn flour
  • 1 spoon vegetarian gelatine mixed in 1/2 cup warm water and kept aside
  • mango pulp from 2 mangoes
  • sugar 1 cup
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 cup paneer
  • rose leaves for garnish

How to make mangoe cheesecake

  1. crush biscuit add butter to it and spread it on a tin container that can open from below
  2. freeze it till it settles
  3. take a pan add milk to it then condensed milk corn starch sugar and keep stering
  4. mean while take hung curd paneer and mix it properly
  5. when milk content becomes thick add sugar and mango pulp and gelatin mix and stire it properly
  6. add all the ingredients and mix properly
  7. spread it over biscuit layer and freeze it
  8. let it settle
  9. garnish with rose petals

My Tip:

When milk mixture is on flame keep stirring it Serve your recipe chilled
