Ingredients to make Palak Paneer Gujiya

  • For Dough
  • 1 cup Rava
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt 1/2 tablespoons
  • Oil/ghee 1/2 cup
  • Warm water
  • For Filling
  • 1 cup palak finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 cup paneer cut in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cups oil, for deep frying

How to make Palak Paneer Gujiya

  1. Firstly take rava, maida, salt, ghee and knead it and make soft dough and keep aside for 10 min.
  2. Then take kadhai and add oil. Heat it and add cumin. Splutter them, then add onion, garlic, ginger paste and saute for 2 min. Add Palak and saute for 2 min.
  3. After that add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and saute for 2 min and cover it and cook on low flame for 5 min. Then add paneer and saute for 2 min., Your filling is ready.
  4. Then take dough make Puri and put filling in center, close it and give shape like gujiya. Deep fry it.
