Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. potato 2-3 boiled and mashed
  2. carrot 1 large grated
  3. peas 1/2 cup boiled
  4. cabbage grated
  5. Left over rice 1 cup
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. tamarind powder 1/2 tsp
  10. ginger 1/2 tsp grated
  11. capsicum 1/2
  12. Corn flour 1tsp


  1. Take Rice , capsicum, green chillies and ginger. mix them well. Blend in a mixer
  2. In a bowl add potato carrot, peas, cabbage, red chilli powder, salt, tamarind, corn flour and mix well
  3. Now make balls and deep fry these balls in hot oil
  4. Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
