Non Veg Spring Rolls

Ingredients to make Non Veg Spring Rolls

  • Readymade springroll sheets as desired.
  • Mutton mince 300gm
  • oil 1 tbsp + additional 2 cups for frying.
  • garlic mince 1tbsp
  • onions 2 finely chopped
  • chilli flakes a tbsp
  • coriander leaves or parsley finely chopped a fistful
  • cabbage shredded a cup
  • Green peas 1/2 a cup
  • Black pepper a tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Maggi Seasoning cube 1

How to make Non Veg Spring Rolls

  1. Prepare the filling by adding all the ingredients.
  2. Saute the onions and garlic mince in a tbsp of oil.
  3. Later add the mutton mince and saute it well by stirring it occasionally until the raw smell disappears. It takes about 5 mins.
  4. Add the other ingredients now one by one and stir fry them.
  5. Cover and cook until 5 to 7 more mins.
  6. Garnish with coriander and let it cool.
  7. Take two tablespoon of the filling and make the spring rolls. Seal the edges using flour. (Mix 1tbsp of the flour in 1 tbsp of water to make a thick paste and apply on the edges to seal them)
  8. Deep fry them on medium flame.
  9. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with any sauce.

My Tip:

Do not add much oil in the filling. It makes the springrolls soggy.
