Spring rolls have gained a lot of popularity so why not make these at home for evening tea !!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 112 cup chopped onion
  2. 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  3. !/2 cup green peas
  4. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  6. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. 1tsp soya sauce
  8. 1 tsp chooped green chili
  9. Salt
  10. Refined oil
  11. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. ready made spring roll sheets - 10

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until transparent and pink
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for another minute
  3. Next ,add vegetables and green chiliies , sprinkle some water and cook until soft enough.
  4. Turn heat to high and add the soya sauce mix well for a minute, on high flame.
  5. Lower the heat. Mix in salt and pepper
  6. Remove from heat and set aside to cool
  7. Now take a spring roll sheet, put a dollop of the vegetable mixture, now apply some water on the sides and seal the ends to form the roll. Deep fry them in hot oil and serve.
