Ingredients to make Palak Bhajjia

  • besan-1katori
  • Chopped onion-1
  • Grated carrot-1
  • Blanched spinach-1small bunch
  • turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder-1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  • salt as per taste
  • water to make pakoda batter nor too thick nor too thin but to coat veggies well
  • Pinch of Soda
  • oil for frying

How to make Palak Bhajjia

  1. Take besan
  2. Add chopped spinach
  3. Add chopped onion
  4. Add grated carrot
  5. Add dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,soda
  6. Add water and make a thick batter
  7. Now take a laddle or a big spoon and pour this batter in hot oil and deep fry them

My Tip:

Grated carrot is added for colour and taste
