Palak Chapathi

Ingredients to make Palak Chapathi

  • Palak spinach-1 cup
  • wheat flour-2 cups
  • salt-1tsp
  • oil-1 tbsp
  • water+milk mix (as required)

How to make Palak Chapathi

  1. In a wide bowl add 1/4 cup warm milk and water mixture. To that add salt, cooked spinach paste and wheat flour.
  2. Knead it well and finally add oil and knead further for five more minutes.
  3. Cover and leave for 15 minutes. Gluten will develop and chapathis will be soft
  4. Roll out chapathi and cook till done
  5. Serve it with kurma,subji or Dhal

My Tip:

You can knead the dough with whey water instead of milk water mixture for feathery soft chapathis.
