Ingredients to make Tawa Fish Fry

  • For Marination -
  • Boneless Fish Fillet half kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Green coconut chutney 3 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • For coating -
  • Rice flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • semolina 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • salt ½ tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Tawa Fish Fry

  1. Mix all the ingredients for marinade and marinate fish for 30 min.
  2. In a large plate mix all the ingredients for coating.
  3. Dip fish in coating mixture, shallow fry till golden on each side.
  4. Tawa Fish Fry is ready. Serve hot.
