Mixed Daal Vade

Ingredients to make Mixed Daal Vade

  • Half cup chana daal
  • One fourth cup tur daal
  • One fourth cup dhuli mung daal
  • salt to taste
  • Suji two tbsp
  • One Small onion
  • Half inch piece of ginger
  • One green chilli
  • water two tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Mixed Daal Vade

  1. Soak daals in warm water for one and half hour
  2. Grind coarsely with green chilli and onion
  3. Add suji , water and salt
  4. Keep for ten minutes
  5. Divide equally
  6. Give round shape and flatten it
  7. Heat oil in a wok
  8. Deep fry in a medium flame
  9. Keep flipping
  10. Serve hot

Can skip suji this is my addition to this recipe
