Ingredients to make Mixed daal balls

  • Tuvar daal....3 teaspoon
  • chana daal....3 teaspoon
  • Washed moong daal...3 teaspoon
  • Washed urad daal....2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion...2 teaspoon
  • garlic garlic chopped ....2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • sooji...4 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder....1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli...1 teaspoon
  • Green coriander....2 teaspoon
  • cornflour slurry.....1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Mayonnaise for garnish
  • oil for frying

How to make Mixed daal balls

  1. Soak all the daals overnight. In the morning wash and grind to paste.
  2. To this paste add onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander, salt, red chilli powder ,suji and green chilli. Mix all.
  3. Make balls . Dip in cornflour slurry and roll on bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil for frying. Fry all balls on medium flame.
  5. Put toothpick on each ball and garnish with mayonnaise.
  6. Serve with sauce.

My Tip:

Cornflour slurry----- 4 tsp water+1 tsp cornflour. Mix
