Ingredients Serving: 10
150 gm yellow split moong dal
150 gm split bengal gram (channa dal)
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
Green mint chutney
Sweet tamarind Chutney
chat masala for sprinkling
Grated radish (muli)
Instructions
wash and soak both pulses for 4 hours.
Now drain out water and grind to make a smooth paste.
Add coriander powder and salt to taste and stir. Let it dry a bit
Heat oil at medium to low flame and deep fry pakodas. Fry for 3 mins first and take from oil. After 5 minutes fry pakoras again so they are crisp and cooked well. Fry till golden brown from both sides.
Plating - serve with grated radish and sprinkle some chat masala.
Put both chutneys according taste. Serve hot
