ABOUT Besan and Aate Ke Laddoo RECIPE

Melt in mouth laddoos for winters.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups mota besan
  2. 1/2 cup Aata
  3. 1/2 cup Desi ghee or little more if required
  4. 1/2 tsp caradamon powder
  5. 2 cups powdered sugar or bura
  6. Roasted and chopped dryfruits like almonds and cashews

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the besan and aata in a kadai on slow flame for about 15 mins. keep on stirring continuously so that the besan is not burned.
  2. While roasting the besan, melt the ghee in another pan and keep aside. After 15 minutes roasting, add the melted ghee and continue roasting the besan for some more 5 minutes while stirring.
  3. After this switch off the fire and remove the pan from the stove and keep down for 10-12 minutes. Now add powdered sugar or boora.
  4. Mix well so that no lumps are formed. add the powdered cardamom and nuts
  5. mix well and make small sized besan and aata laddoos. Store in an airtight container.
