Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Methi - 2 small bunches
  2. Coriander - 1 small bunch
  3. Wheat flour - 3 cups
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp or more
  5. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ajwain 1 tsp
  8. oil
  9. Water


  1. Wash, blanch and chop methi. Keep aside.
  2. Wash coriander, chop and keep aside
  3. Take flour, add the spices and salt and mix
  4. Add methi, mix
  5. Add coriander, mix
  6. Now bind the dough together with water
  7. Lastly add a tbsp of oil and bind
  8. Cover and keep for 15 mins
  9. Now can roll it thin and fry on a tawa adding drops of oil on both sides while frying
  10. Have it hot with any sabzi or dahi and pickle.
