Ingredients to make Rose Fruit Plate

  • mango 2 large peeled
  • Kiwi 2 peeled
  • pomegranate pearls 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves 6-7
  • Chat masala (optional)

How to make Rose Fruit Plate

  1. Take a slicer and make thin slices of mango from both side of mango. Slice Kiwi also
  2. Now take 6-7 slices and arrange slices one by one
  3. Now fold the slices with the help of first finger and thumb.
  4. And right side with the help of knife.
  5. Fold the slices at the end you get beautiful rose.
  6. Make kiwi roses by the same process
  7. Now give the cut in between the roses.
  8. Take a serving plate and keep the roses of mango and kiwi
  9. Arrange the basils leaves around the roses.
  10. Add some pomegranate pearls and sprinkle some chaat masala if you like.
