Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chocolate chips 1 cup (250 g)
  2. Blackcurrant (1/4 cup)
  3. Almonds ( 2 tbsp)
  4. Rasna powder black currant flavour ( 2 tsp)
  5. Water (1/4 cup)
  6. Honey ( 1 tbsp)


  1. Take the moulds and grease with oil. Keep aside.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan take black currant, almonds, rasna and water. Boil it for 3-4 min. Switch off the flame. Keep it aside for 1/2 hr.
  3. Now take chocolate chips in a micro safe bowl and melt it in microwave. Add in honey and mix.
  4. Now add in the rasna black currant mixture. Mix well.
  5. Pour this mixture in greased mould and keep it in fridge for 1 hr or till set.
  6. Unmould and serve.
