ABOUT Buttermilk Cookies RECIPE

A soft and melt in mouth cookie recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1 tbps baking powder
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 6 tbsp butter very cold
  6. 1 cup buttermilk cold

Instructions

  1. Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cut the butter into chunks and cut the flour until it resembles course meal
  3. Add the butter milk and mix until combined.
  4. Gently knead to make a soft dough
  5. Now using a rolling pin to roll it and cut into the desired shapes
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 - 12 mins
  7. Let it cool and enjoy
