Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Vermicelli 450gms
  2. Oil 6tbsp
  3. Onion finely chopped 4
  4. Tomatoes finely chopped 1
  5. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves chopped 2tbsp
  7. Ginger paste 1tsp
  8. Garlic paste 1tsp
  9. Egg beaten 1
  10. Mutton kheema 100 gms
  11. Green chillies 2
  12. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Cardamom 4
  14. Cloves 4
  15. Cinnamon 1stick
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Water 2 1/2 glass
  18. Ghee 1 tbsp


  1. Take a heavy bottom vessel and heat it and add oil to it
  2. When the oil is hot add cardamom cloves and cinnamon to it
  3. Now add onions to it and saute well till the onions turn into nice golden brown colour
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off
  5. Now add coriander, mint leaves, and green chilies and mix well
  6. Now add chilli powder and tomatoes and mix well till the tomato get mashed
  7. Now add kheema and beaten egg and mix well
  8. Cook covered until the kheema is well cooked
  9. Now add salt and water and allow the water to boil
  10. When the water boils add vermicelli to it and add ghee and mix well and cover the vessel and lower the flame and give good 5 mins dum and off the flame
  11. Now let it rest for another 5mins and serve in a plate with ketchup or omelette
