Egg Parantha

Ingredients to make Egg Parantha

  • egg 1
  • coriander 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Green chilli 1/2 tsp chopped finely
  • onion finely chopped 2 tsp
  • wheat dough 1 bowl
  • oil as per need

How to make Egg Parantha

  1. Take half dough and roll it in a ball.
  2. Now make a flat small circle with the help of rolling pin.
  3. Apply oil with help of brush on the circle and fold it into half and apply oil again and fold it again to make triangle shape prantha.
  4. In a bowl beat egg with all ingredients mixed in it.
  5. Warm a griddle and place prantha on it.
  6. after few seconds turn the parantha with the help of a spatula.
  7. Now with help of tong pick one layer of prantha and put egg batter in it.
  8. Now carefully apply oil with the brush and turn the side of the prantha.
  9. Again pick the layer of prantha and fill the egg batter in it and apply oil carefully.
  10. Just turn the side again and heat it until golden from both side.
  11. Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.

My Tip:

Heat the prantha on low flame as filling takes time to cook
