Beetroot Burfi

Ingredients to make Beetroot Burfi

  • butter 4 tbsp
  • Shredded beetroot 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cashew and almonds powder 1/2 cup
  • Milkmaid condensed milk 300 gm
  • sugar 2 tbsp

How to make Beetroot Burfi

  1. In a pan ,heat butter and add shredded beetroot ,milk,roughly chopped dry fruits ,almonds,cashew powder and milkmaid condensed milk ,sugar and cook it down.
  2. Now remove the burfi mixture in a plate and put almonds and cashew powder on it and keep it to set in the freezer .
  3. Garnish the barfi with cashew nuts.
  4. Beetroot burfi is ready.
