Ingredients to make Kalakand

  • 250 gm grated paneer
  • 1/2cup condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1tsp elaichi powder
  • for garnish :2 tbsp finely chopped almonds, 1 tbsp elaichi powder

How to make Kalakand

  1. Combine all ingredients in microwave safe dish and keep in microwave for 5 mins on high setting
  2. Then spread the mixture on greased tray and garnish with chopped almonds and crushed elaichi powder
  3. Allow this to cool for an hour in refrigerator ,then cut into small squares and serve
