Ingredients to make Microwave white pudding

  • Milk - 250 ml
  • cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • White chocolate - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • Rose water - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Dried cranberries - 2 tbsp

How to make Microwave white pudding

  1. Mix cornflour with the milk in a microwave proof bowl and put it in the oven for 30 seconds. Take the bowl out, stir and put back in the oven for 30 seconds.
  2. Then mix in the white chocolate and put the bowl back into the oven for 2 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds.
  3. It should be thick by this time. Add the rose water and vanilla essence. Mix and keep in the oven for 30 seconds.
  4. Take out, add the cranberries, stir nicely, so it doesn't have lumps.
  5. Pour immediately into pudding bowls. Cover with cling film, so that the cling film touches the pudding directly.
  6. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  7. Enjoy!!

My Tip:

Use a slightly bigger bowl, so the contents dont boil over. Stirring properly is very important or else the pudding will have lumps. Add nuts or dried fruits for added taste.
