ABOUT Black chana and moong salad RECIPE

Being low in fat, high in dietary fiber and rich in vitamins and minerals, black chickpeas can indeed be a healthy addition to your diet. Two to three tablespoons of these legumes are equivalent to one portion of the daily recommended five portions of fruits and vegetables. Serve it into breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Black chickpeas
  2. 1/2 cup all peppers ( green, red and yellow)
  3. 1 tbsp coriander and mint leaves, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
  5. Dressing:
  6. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the all ingredients of dressing, mix well and keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the veggies and chana and moong and mix it well.
  3. Add the dressing and toss it.
  4. Serve into your healthy breakfast.
