This is a very healthy recepie made using brown rice and lot of veggies. A protein rich diet recepie .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Brown rice:1 cup
  2. Onion:1 large chopped
  3. Bell peppers:1 cup finely chopped
  4. Carrots:1/2cup chopped Corn kernels
  5. Corn kernels:1/2 cup
  6. Chilli powder:2 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder:1 tsp
  8. Garam masala /biriyani masala:2tsp
  9. Soya chunks:1/2cup
  10. Salt:for taste
  11. Olive oil:2 tbsp


  1. Soak brown rice in water for 30 mins.
  2. Cook the rice in pressure cooker.
  3. Soak soya chunks in warm water for 5 mins, drain and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and saute until it becomes translucent.
  5. Add bellpepers and saute for 2 mins,add corn kernels and soya chunks.
  6. Add all the spice powders and mix well.
  7. Now add little water so dat all the masala gets mixed well.
  8. Add cooked brown rice to this, mix and cook for 5 mins
