How to make Buttery Garlic Naan

  1. Dissolve sugar in warm water . To this add yeast and set it in a warm place .
  2. In a big bowl , add in the flour , oil , salt , milk powder, garlic mince and herbs.
  3. Once the yeast's done , use it to knead the flour .
  4. Let this dough rest for an hour in a warm place .
  5. Divide the done dough into six equal portions ,
  6. Roll out each portion in an oval shape , making sure to maintain a particular thickness . Only that will ensure fluffiness .
  7. Brush all the naans with melted butter generously .
  8. Set this aside in a warm place for about another 20 mins .
  9. Heat up your tava . Make sure to reduce the flame when it's hot .
  10. One by one , cook all the naans , making sure to maintain a steady flame .
  11. Once done , reapply some more butter and serve hot.

My Tip:

You can even bake these . I opted for this method because they were getting done with ease and even fast.
