ABOUT Paneer Cutlets RECIPE

Kids loves the cutlets and these cutlets are healthy and non fried.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cups grated paneer
  2. 1/2 cup left over rice
  3. 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  4. 1-2 tbsp refined flour (maida)
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 cup grated boiled raw banana
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  9. Refined oil for greasing and cooking
  10. 1 tbsp chopped fresh green garlic

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the grated paneer, left over rice, salt, chopped green chillies, refined flour (maida), chopped coriander, chopped onion, garlic, boiled raw banana, salt, garam masala and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into small balls and roll each ball to make a flat round cutlet.
  3. Once the cutlets are made, roll them on some bread crumbs and keep aside. In a pan, cook the cutlets using a little refined oil till brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney, onion rings and lemon.
