Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150gram crumble paneer (cottage cheese)
  2. 2boil and mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2cup finely chopped capsicum, carrot and beans
  4. 1spoon cornflour
  5. salt as per taste
  6. 1/4spoon redchilly powder
  7. 1/4spoon oregano
  8. 1/4 spoon red chilly flakes
  9. 1/2spoon roasted cumin powder
  10. 1/2spoon chat masala
  11. Chopped coriander leaves
  12. 1/2spoon chopped green chilly (optional)
  13. 1/2cup roasted bread crumbs
  14. For batter
  15. 1/2cup Gram flour
  16. 1/4spoon salt or as per taste
  17. 1/4spoon red chilly powder
  18. 1/4 turmeric powder
  19. Water as per need
  20. Oil for frying
  21. FOR GARNISH
  22. Ciriander leaves
  23. Onion rings
  24. Lemon slices
  25. Sliced green chilly

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add chopped capcicum carrot and beans and saute for 2to 3 mintues
  2. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes , crumble paneer and vegetables
  3. Add all spices salt , red chilli powder,oregano , chilly flakes ,chat masala ,roasted cumin powder and corn flour and mix well
  4. Make round shape cutlet out of the mixture
  5. Take a bowl add besan,salt , red chilly powder, turmeric powder and mix add water and make a smooth batter
  6. Dip cutlet into the besan batter
  7. Roll the cutlet with bread crumbs
  8. And fry them till golden brown at medium flame
  9. Serve with ketchup
  10. Or onion rings, green chilly , lemon slices and ketchup
