Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd 1cup
  2. Paneer 1 cup
  3. Roasted besan 3 tablespoon
  4. 1 medium potato boiled
  5. Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil for frying


  1. In big bowl add hung curd, grated Paneer, boiled potato. Mix it well.
  2. Mash it well then add cumin powder, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste, salt and roasted besan or gram flour.
  3. Now mix all ingredients together and give them desire shape.
  4. Heat oil in pan for frying. As oil is hot fry them till its brown.
  5. Yummy cutlet are ready.
