Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3/4 cup dahi
  2. 1 cup paneer cut into cubes
  3. 1 tsp maida
  4. 1 tsp saunf
  5. 1/4 tsp sarso danay
  6. 5 methi (danay)
  7. 1 tsp kalonji
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. 1/2 tsp hing
  10. 1/2 cup sliced onion
  11. 1 tsp haldi powder
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  13. 1/4 tsp black salt
  14. 1 tsp fresh coriander chopped
  15. 1/4 tsp salt
  16. 1 tbsp oil


  1. Add maida and dahi in a bowl mix it well.
  2. In a bowl add saunf, sarso, methi, kalonji, jeera, hing, keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add this mixture.
  4. When it splutter add onions in it, saute it for 1 minute.
  5. Now add paneer, haldi powder, red chilly powder, black salt mix it lightly, cook it on medium flame for 1 minute, stir it occasionally.
  6. Now add the mixture of maida and dahi and salt, cook it on medium flame for 1 minute, stir occasionally.
  7. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot.
